Requirements:
- Male
- Minimal Diploma Degree in Information Technology, preferable from reputable university
- Minimal 1 years experience in similar field
- Knowledge able in Windows 98/2000/XP/7, server, TCP/IP and LAN
- Have an Excellent communication skill
- Knowledge in Desktop support, end-point network support, deployment, backup data, etc.
- Reporting, coordinate team Helpdesk, Log tickets, Monitoring SLA, Executive user support (Supervisor Level)
- Willing to be placed Outside Jakarta (Palembang, Lampung, Luwuk, Sorong, Jayapura)
- Base contract
