1. Business Advisor - Lampung
2. Territory Sales Officer - Bengkulu
Scope or works:
To be responsiblefor all Holcim modern channel sales activities through maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with a networks of distributors and Franchise Retailers. Incumbent are also responsible to provide assistance in growing and cultivating market opportunity for multi-construction material products as well as housing solution services for each area in order to increase profit, maintain market control and meet Holcims Indonesia's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably for marketing or civil engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferred to have exposures in retail/consumer goods and/or construction business/industry
- Able to translate marketing strategy into implementation in the field
- Able to gather and synthetize information from data provided by sales force from the market
- Able to provide advice or recommendation based on achievement / market review
- Knowledge in channel and distribution
- Having a good territorial knowledge
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good skill in communication, presentation and negotitation
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill and able to demonstate initiative
- Dynamic and willing to travel, posses driving license A
