General Requirements:
- Male/Female, min 25 0 30 years old
- having minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psichology/Law/Industrial Engineering
- Having Experience as HR & GA minimum 2 years
- Deep understanding on HR Management system and development (recruitment, adninistration, trining, evaluation, etc)
- Computer literate and good command of written & spoken in English
- Discipline, hard working, initiative, pleasant personality and interpersonal skill

PT. Nedcoffee Indonesia Makmur Jaya was established on June 29th, 2005 by having the first main office in Jakarta at: Bursa Efek Jakarta Building , Tower II, Floor 17, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav 52-53, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.
In November 2005, we acquired the premises in Lampung and we replaced all the exiting machinery with the new machinery imported from Pinhalense, Brazil. The building renovation and machinery replacement took about 5 months and since May 2006 we were full operation.
As we have bought the premises in Lampung at Jl. Soekarno Hatta KM. 7 Campang Raya, Tanjung Karang Timur,
Bandar Lampung, where we have warehouse for about 7,650 m2 build on the land with 39,000 m2 area, on March 7, 2006, we moved the main office from Jakarta to this area.
The company is a Foreign Investment Company, invested by Amtrada Holding BV and Nedcoffee BV where both of the companies are situated in Amsterdam, Holland. PT Nedcoffee Indonesia Makmur Jaya is responsible as the source the coffee from Indonesia (especially for Southern Sumatra Robusta) whether Nedcoffee BV is specialized in trading.
