Responsibilities:
To monitor, maintain and provide administrative service and support as well as document controller for units involved in the project (including legal, safety regulation & property) in order to ensure the project runs well accordingly to plan and achieve maximal benefit.
To maintain and monitor the project development is on the right track and obeying the law in order to prevent any violation happens and not getting sanction from legal institution or local government.
Responsible to plan, implement and monitor corporate social responsibility programs in order to maintain positive relationship between Holcim, soicety and local government
Requirements:
Education : All Major
Experience :
- Min 1 year in current position
- Administrative expert
- Having CSR, Communication, Safety, and or Legal background will be an advantage
- Computer literacy :
- Excel, Ms Word, Lotus Notes
Language : Good command of written & spoken English
Other qualification / skills :
- Experience in dealing with many people
- Problem solving & decision making
- Smart & think out of the box
- Energetic & passionate
- Leadership & Communication skill
