Business Development position
Ideally, he/she should possess the following credentials:
1. Innovative / creative, yet with a good analytical ability in
understanding and managing complex situations. Effective problem solving
Abilities;
2. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal /
people skills. One who can express ideas and information exchanges
clearly and persuasively. Effectively Communicates at all levels in the
organization level;
3. A change agent who is open to new ideas and
encourages others to value change. Ability to recognize the potential
benefits of change and create an infrastructure that would support
change;
4. Can invigorate the team through his / her charismatic leadership Abilities;
5. Self‐motivated, results‐oriented, and willing to roll‐up his / her
sleeves to get things done and be ready to work under pressure;
6. Possesses the highest level of personal, honesty and professional integrity;
7. Familiar with computer and communication in English;
8. Ready to work overtime and sent to all project locations;
